Der Nationale Qualifikationsrahmen ( NQR ) ist ein Instrument zur Einordnung von Qualifikationen des österreichischen Bildungssystems in acht NQR -Qualifikationsniveaus. Der NQR dient der Orientierung, ist jedoch kein Instrument, das zum Aufstieg in eine andere/höhere Stufe in der Bildungslaufbahn berechtigt.
