Welche Dosierung eliquis?
Die empfohlene orale Dosis von Eliquis® zur Behandlung einer akuten TVT und zur Behandlung von LE beträgt initial 2 x täglich 10 mg über einen Zeitraum von 7 Tagen gefolgt von 2 x täglich 5 mg. Eliquis® sollte mit Wasser geschluckt werden. Die Einnahme kann unabhängig von den Mahlzeiten erfolgen.
Was muss bei Einnahme von Cumarinen regelmäßig durchgeführt werden?
Bei der Therapie mit Cumarinen sind regelmäßige Kontrollen der Gerinnungsaktivität erforderlich. Die Abstände der Kontrolluntersuchungen richten sich danach, wie stabil die Werte eingestellt sind. Kontrolliert wird der INR-Wert (International Normalized Ratio) anhand einer Blutuntersuchung.

When to take warfarin medication?
