Als Regel gilt so viel wie möglich bewegen (Schwimmen, medizinische Trainingsthe- rapie) ohne Schmerzen. In der Therapie wird gezeigt wie man sich schmerzfrei be- wegen kann. Wichtig hierbei ist, dass alle täglichen Aktivitäten durchgenommen wer- den.
Wo sind die Dornfortsätze?
