Was ist Ankyloglossia?
Unter Ankyloglossie versteht man eine angeborene Verwachsung der Zunge mit dem Mundhöhlenboden. Frenulum linguae ist der lateinische Begriff für das Zungenbändchen. In selteneren Fällen kann eine Ankyloglossie auch durch Vernarbung nach Verletzungen auftreten.
