Was bedeutet AST wert?
Die Aspartat-Aminotransferase, kurz ASAT oder AST, ist ein zu den Transaminasen gehöriges Enzym, das in Hepatozyten, Herz- und Skelettmuskelzellen vorkommt. Die ältere Bezeichnung Glutamat-Oxalacetet-Transaminase (GOT) ist ebenfalls weit verbreitet.
Was bedeutet der Alt wert?
GPT (Glutamat-Pyruvat-Transaminase = Alanin-Aminotransferase, ALT oder ALAT) ist ein in der Leber gebildetes Enzym. Es gilt als wichtigster Leberwert, der Aufschluss über die Leberfunktion geben kann. So weist ein Anstieg von GPT (ALT) darauf hin, dass die Leber geschädigt ist.
Was ist der Sgpt wert?
Das Serum Glutamat Pyruvat Transaminase (SGPT) wird nun als Alanintransanimase (ALT) bezeichnet. Die normalen Werte für SGPT liegen bei 7 bis 56 Einheiten pro Liter Blut. Hohe SGPT-Werte im Blut können auf eine Leberkrankheit oder Schädigung hindeuten, aber sie können auch durch anstrengende Tätigkeiten erhöht sein.
Was ist ein erhöhter LDH wert?
Zu hohe LDH-Werte können auf einen Herzinfarkt, Lungenembolie, akute Leberentzündung (Hepatitis), Blutarmut (hämolytische Anämien), Krebserkrankungen oder Muskelentzündungen (Myositis) hindeuten. Auch nach Unfällen oder Operationen können die Werte erhöht sein.
Was ist wenn GGT dauernd zu hoch ist?
Ist die Gamma-GT erhöht, zeigt das meist eine Leberzellschädigung an: Durch das Absterben der Leberzellen wird das Enzym Gamma-GT (GGT) in erhöhter Konzentration ins Blutserum freigesetzt. Ursache kann zum Beispiel eine Virushepatitis, eine Leberstauung oder eine Leberzirrhose sein.

ALT and AST are enzymes that are normally predominantly contained within liver cells. If the liver is injured or damaged, the liver cells spill these enzymes into the blood, raising the AST and ALT enzyme levels in the blood, and we can use it as a measurement of liver injury.
What does Alt and AST measure?
AST is usually done as part of a group of liver function tests called a liver panel. It’s often ordered with a test for alanine aminotransferase (ALT), another liver enzyme. ALT is more accurate than AST at detecting liver disease.
What causes elevated AST and Alt values?
The most common diseases causing abnormally elevated ALT and AST are acute viral hepatitis, such as hemochromatosis (a genetic condition causing long standing liver damage due to iron build up in the liver), and diminished blood flow to the liver (from shock or heart failure).
What does it mean having a lower AST than ALT?
An AST/ALT ratio of less than one (where the ALT is significantly higher than the AST) is suggestive of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. An AST/ALT ratio equal to one (where the ALT is equal to the AST) is suggestive of acute viral hepatitis or drug-related liver toxicity.
